My initial thoughts on the atmosphere of the establishment is that it was generally savvy and modern. However, the hygiene of the floor and tables ( at least the one I was seated at ) was somewhat questionable.This was due mostly to the visible food on the floor, and the strange stickiness that the tables had.

Additionally, atmosphere aside, I was quite shocked at the duration of time I was forced to endure just to simply take my order, over 25 minutes. When the drinks had arrived, I was appalled to find that the glass that my water came in was stained, and the drink that my colleague had ordered, being a matcha, was overly sweet in a slushy like form, unbefitting for a drink of that kind. Moreover, once I had ordered after reminding the waiters twice, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food to arrive, a waffle with a few toppings.

Once the food had arrived, they had even forgotten to add a topping that I had ordered, Nevertheless, this in itself wasn’t to problematic of an issue, as I had notified them of the error and they promptly rectified it. Already quite annoyed, I had taken a bite of the waffle, only for it to turn out chewy and soggy. The ice cream on the waffle, being vanilla, was overly sweet and almost tasted like liquid sugar.

The only saving graces of this establishment was the kind attitude of the waiter, who had been quick to rectify her mistakes and its adequate environment. Nonetheless, I would not recommend this cafe if you wish to enjoy authentic...

This place is the best! Reasonably priced crepes and waffles, that look as delicious as they taste. The worker also made our experience phenomenal with attention to detail, a great memory (we returned several times), and professionalism. He made us feel like regulars. We brought our own water in a large water bottle, and he noticed we were drinking out of it and provided us glasses from the establishment so that we did not have to drink out of the large bottle. At our first visit, when checking out, he gave us complimentary lolipops because we had to wait for our food (we did not realize it was longer than normal, because it came so fast).

The venue is nice. It has air conditioning, nice decor and a relaxing feel. It has always appeared clean to me.
